WTW? College ("WTW?", "we", "us") operates the website at wtwcollege.com and the family rooms inside it (together, the "Service"). These terms are an agreement between you and WTW? College, operated from Massachusetts, United States. By creating a family room, opening one through an invitation, or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
A parent or guardian who is at least 18 years old creates a family room. The parent may invite the student and other family members or advisors by sharing a link. Each person in the room has their own view and their own words; nobody can edit another person's entries. The parent who opened the room is responsible for who is invited and for the room as a whole.
Students under 18 use the Service only through a room a parent or guardian created and only with that parent's invitation. The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Sign in is by a link sent to your email. Keep those links and your device private. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your room.
A new family room is free for seven days. After that, a parent may buy a season, which runs through May 1 following the purchase (for rooms opened in 2026, May 1, 2027). The price is the one shown on the site at the time of purchase. We never store a card in order to charge it later and nothing is charged automatically. If you do not buy a season, the room closes and you can still export your data.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. A promo code from a school, a club or a friend may make a season free or add free days; codes have limits and expiry dates and may be withdrawn if misused.
If the season is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. After that, the purchase is final, though we will always try to put right anything that is broken.
The Service organizes public information about colleges: federal data, each school's own pages, published aid rules, and outside scholarship programs. It labels every figure as a Fact, an Estimate, a Rule or Open, and it shows its sources. Estimates are exactly that. Prices, deadlines, aid rules and program details change, and schools are the only authority on their own facts. Before you rely on a number, a date or a rule for a decision, confirm it with the school.
The Service is not a college counselor, a financial advisor or a legal advisor. It does not write applications, does not communicate with schools on your behalf, and does not promise or predict admission, aid or outcomes. Parts of the Service use an AI model to write summaries, suggestions and answers from the room's own research; those are aids to your judgment, not advice, and can be wrong.
What your family writes in the room, the words, notes, weights, answers and pins, belongs to your family. You give us permission to store and process it to run the Service for you, including to generate the summaries and nightly finds inside your own room. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to market to anyone. You can export it at any time and ask us to delete it.
Do not post anything unlawful, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or anything meant to harm another person. Do not try to break into another family's room, scrape the Service, or interfere with how it runs.
The Service's software, design, scoring methods, text and compiled research are ours or licensed to us. Federal data is public. School pages, photos and videos shown in the room belong to their owners and are shown with attribution and links to the source. You may use the Service for your family's own college search. You may not resell it, copy it into another product, or use it for a commercial service to other families without our written agreement.
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change features, prices for future seasons, or these terms. If a change to these terms matters to you, we will post the new date at the top of this page and, for material changes, tell you in the room or by email. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the change.
You can close your room at any time by emailing us; we will delete the room's data within 30 days except where we must keep a record (for example, of a payment). We may suspend or close a room that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
The Service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of information. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for decisions you make in reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim connected to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow some of these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If we have a disagreement, email us first; most things can be sorted out in a conversation. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
